This is an R/C model assembly kit of a true legend in the motoring world, the long-selling Citro?n 2CV. Many versions were released in its 40-plus year manufacturing run, including the Charleston, which had a fetching 2-tone color scheme. A polycarbonate body accurately captures the 2CV's distinctive features such as the front and rear fenders, rounded bonnet and more. Separate metal-plated parts recreate headlights, side mirrors and front bumper for superb realism. Marking stickers are included to depict various features such as body side graphics. Painting the roof with the Tamiya Color flat clear gives it an even more realistic canvas-like appearance.
M-05: Low Center of Gravity, High Performance!
The front wheel drive M-05 chassis features a lightweight, narrow, durable, and easy-assembly semi-monocoque resin frame. Gearbox, motor, battery pack, receiver, servo and ESC are positioned for optimum weight distribution and a low center of gravity. Ground-hugging 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension and the 3-piece steering linkage provide stable high-speed cornering. Retro plated wheels have tires with realistic tread patterns.
